Hard money loans (or bridge loans) are a short-term loan used until a person or company secures permanent financing or pays an existing obligation. It allows the borrower to meet current obligations by providing immediate cash flow.

Conventional Loans

Stated Income Loans

Stated income loans are Non-QM loans that require borrowers to state and prove their income, just like any other home loan. However, unlike traditional mortgages, the methods for verifying a borrower’s income are more flexible.
